Your data, the contact form and your rights.

1. Who handles your personal data?
RB POWER, a Tunisian single-member limited liability company registered under RNE identifier 1555405H and represented by its manager Rami Barrani, is responsible for handling enquiries addressed to the firm.

2. Information requested and how it is used
The form asks for your name, email address, enquiry topic and message. Your name helps us address you, your email allows us to reply, and the topic and message help us direct your enquiry. These four fields are required to use the form. You can also contact us directly.
Please briefly describe what you need. Do not send identity documents, bank details, sensitive personal data, information about other people or documents covered by a confidentiality agreement. The form does not accept attachments.
This information is used to review your enquiry and respond. It is not sold, and the form does not subscribe you to a marketing list. The website does not create user accounts or make automated decisions about you.
3. Your consent and how to withdraw it
An unchecked box asks you to authorise processing of your enquiry. This consent does not cover marketing or acceptance of an engagement. You may withdraw it by contacting RB POWER, free of charge. Withdrawal may prevent us from continuing the exchange; it does not override any applicable statutory retention duties.
Once the updated receiving service is activated, the receipt date, version of the consent text and form language document this consent. Browsing the website alone is not treated as consent to personal data processing.
4. Recipients and external services
Enquiries are intended for RB POWER and personnel authorised to respond. The form sends the information to Google Apps Script; Google mail services then route it to the firm’s inbox. An enquiry is not automatically circulated to our network of experts.
These services may process data outside Tunisia. The contracting entities, countries concerned, their retention periods and applicable authorisations still need to be verified before publication. Consent to the form does not replace the required INPDP formalities.
Google and the future hosting provider may receive technical data, including your IP address, connection time and browser information. Logs and their retention depend on service configuration. WhatsApp links load that service only when you choose to open it; its own policies then apply.
5. Retention and security
Enquiries are retained for the time needed to handle them. Before publication, RB POWER must set maximum retention periods for closed enquiries and consent records, then apply them to emails, archives and backups. If an engagement follows, retention periods for contractual and accounting records will be specified separately.
The website does not save form fields in persistent browser storage. After a submission attempt, they remain displayed so you can review them. Website resources are served locally; submission to Google uses HTTPS. Account access, email retention and backups also depend on the firm’s internal controls.
The abuse protection in the updated service uses global counters and a hashed email address cached for up to 15 minutes. This hash remains pseudonymised personal data. The message is not stored in these counters. This server-side revision has yet to be activated.
6. Exercising your rights
To request access to your data, correction or, subject to applicable conditions, deletion, to object to processing or withdraw consent, contact the firm with the subject “Personal data”. You may also write to the postal address above. Identity documents are not requested routinely; proportionate verification may be needed.

7. Website changes
This notice covers the corporate website and its initial enquiry form. Any new data collection, tracking feature or marketing use requires a reassessment and appropriate information. Processing specific to an engagement is covered by additional information.
